These Terms & Conditions describe the use of flightowings.com and flight booking assistance provided under the Flight Owings name. They apply to website use, inquiries, and transactions you authorize through our service. Review them together with the specific quotation and fare conditions before purchasing.
Airline and supplier conditions apply to the services those providers deliver. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including an applicable right to a refund. Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with a restriction described here, that requirement takes precedence.
1. Independent booking assistance
Flight Owings is an independent flight booking assistance service. We do not operate aircraft and are not an airline's official reservation or customer service department. Calls and messages sent through this website reach our service.
Our role is to help review available travel information and, when authorized, assist with a reservation request. Carriers and suppliers remain responsible for their own operations and for the obligations that the law places on them. We remain responsible for the obligations applicable to our own service.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
An account or purchase must be handled by an adult with legal capacity to enter the transaction. If you act for other passengers, you must have authority to provide their details, accept the relevant booking conditions, and arrange payment.
Provide accurate contact, passenger, and billing information. Passenger names must match the identification used for travel. Let us know promptly about errors; a correction may require provider approval and may be restricted or chargeable under the fare conditions.
3. Search results, quotes, reservations, and ticketing
A search result, saved itinerary, payment submission, or booking request is not by itself an issued ticket. A reservation reference identifies a booking record but does not always establish that payment and ticket issuance are complete.
For a ticketed itinerary, review the written confirmation and ticket number or other applicable travel document. Availability and price can change before issuance. If the requested itinerary cannot be fulfilled as authorized, any alternative or increased amount must be presented for your approval; it is not accepted automatically.
4. Total prices and agency service fees
The amount presented for authorization must identify the chosen itinerary and currency, the airfare, applicable taxes and mandatory charges, any selected extras, and any agency service fee. Ask for clarification if the quoted total or the party collecting a charge is unclear.
Any fee for Flight Owings assistance is distinct from an airline penalty or carrier charge. The amount, purpose, and applicable cancellation or refund conditions for that fee must be disclosed before you agree to it. These general terms do not create an undisclosed fixed fee or permission to add a charge later.
Optional services may have separate prices and provider terms. Selecting an optional request does not guarantee the supplier will confirm it. A later price change or additional service requires a separate authorization.
5. Payment authorization and verification
Authorize payment only after reviewing the complete amount and booking conditions. You must be entitled to use the payment method supplied. Billing verification or other checks may be needed before a request is accepted or ticketed.
An authorization hold, a posted charge, and an issued ticket are different events. If the status is unclear, contact us before repeating a payment. Your receipt and financial statement help identify the party that collected a charge and the appropriate route for a billing inquiry.
Do not email a full card number, security code, account password, or unrelated identity document. Payment information should be supplied only through the designated payment process for the authorized transaction.
6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Voluntary changes and cancellations are subject to the fare conditions accepted at purchase, including availability, fare differences, and properly disclosed fees. Cancelling one segment may affect later segments in the same itinerary. Do not assume that a message alone has cancelled a ticket; obtain confirmation of the action taken.
Airline cancellations, qualifying schedule disruptions, and other situations can create refund rights that differ from voluntary cancellation rules. A non-refundable fare label does not override those rights. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy and Refund Policy for the request process and the distinction between a cash refund and travel credit.
7. Documents, entry requirements, and travel readiness
Review passport validity, visa and transit requirements, entry permissions, health requirements, and identification rules with the relevant official authorities. Requirements depend on nationality, itinerary, and transit points; booking assistance is not an assurance of admission.
Check the operating airline's baggage rules, check-in deadlines, terminal information, and special-assistance procedures. Request accessibility or other travel assistance early; confirmation is provided by the relevant carrier or service provider.
8. Delivery and communication
Provide an email address and phone number you can access during the booking process and your trip. Review confirmations and messages, including spam folders, for ticket details and changes. Notify us promptly if the information does not match what you approved.
The Fulfillment Policy explains electronic delivery and pending requests. A support inquiry is not a promise of an immediate answer, and no response-time guarantee or round-the-clock availability is created by these terms.
9. Accounts, website use, and intellectual property
Keep account credentials private, sign out on shared devices, and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. Do not submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt searches, or misuse another person's booking details.
Website text and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights. Airline names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Links to other websites are provided for information; their operators' terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them.
10. Service limits and mandatory protections
We cannot control weather, border decisions, carrier operations, or the performance of an independent supplier. We cannot promise that every search is exhaustive or that a provider will approve a special request. Those limits do not excuse our own unlawful conduct or remove a responsibility that the law places on us.
No part of these terms is intended to waive non-excludable consumer protections or prevent you from contacting a regulator, disputing an unauthorized charge, or seeking a remedy available under applicable law.
11. Questions, concerns, and changes to these terms
Contact us with the booking reference, the issue, and the outcome you are seeking so the relevant records can be reviewed. Keep copies of quotations, receipts, and communications. Sending a concern to us does not extend an airline, bank, legal, or travel-credit deadline.
The update date identifies the current website version. Material changes to a completed booking or an agreed fee cannot be imposed solely by replacing website wording. Review the terms and transaction-specific conditions presented when you authorize a new service.
