How the booking process works

A reservation reference can exist before a ticket is issued. For flights that require ticketing, an issued ticket and the booking status should both be checked before treating the itinerary as ready for travel.

1. Tell us your route, dates, passenger count, and travel preferences, or enter them in the flight search form.
2. Review available itineraries and the conditions attached to your preferred fare. A search result or quotation is not a ticket.
3. Check passenger names, airports, dates, total charges, and ticket restrictions before authorizing a purchase.
4. Keep the booking confirmation, receipt, and ticket information supplied for your reservation. Contact us if a document is missing or does not match what you approved.

Our relationship with airlines and other providers

Air transportation is provided by the operating airline. The relevant airline or supplier determines its inventory, schedules, baggage handling, check-in procedures, onboard services, and fare rules. Our assistance does not give us control over those operations.

Airline names, airport codes, and route information may appear to identify travel options. Their appearance does not mean that an airline owns, endorses, or operates this website. We do not claim an airline partnership, accreditation, or government authorization that has not been established.

A clear conversation about costs

Before proceeding, ask for the total payable amount and a breakdown of airfare, required taxes and charges, optional extras, and any agency fee. A service fee for our assistance is separate from an airline-imposed charge and should be identified as such.

We do not promise the lowest price on every route, a particular discount, or a fare that will remain available indefinitely. Prices can change before ticket issuance; a revised price or itinerary requires your approval before an additional charge is authorized.

Help after a booking

For a booking made through us, our team can help review confirmation details and explain how to request a date change, cancellation, refund, or travel credit. The available options depend on the ticket, the circumstances of the request, and applicable consumer protections.

For airport operations, check-in, a flight in progress, or immediate day-of-travel instructions, follow the operating airline's guidance. We cannot guarantee a waiver, a refund for a voluntary cancellation, an upgrade, or a decision controlled by another provider.

Information you can use to make a decision

Our policies explain the booking service, fare conditions, payment authorization, delivery of travel documents, and use of personal information. They are intended to help you ask informed questions rather than pressure you into a purchase.
